At Society Row, we intend for our designs to be worn and cherished for years to come. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Window
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Items returned outside of this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges for an alternate size or color, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging

Be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Include any accompanying accessories, garment bags, and protective packaging
Society Row reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Sale & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Society Row cannot be responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
International Orders
International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges associated with the return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@societyrow.co

Society Row reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or that otherwise do not comply with this policy.
