Please note that processing times may be extended during collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Shipping availability, delivery options, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

For eligible destinations, customers will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Society Row is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Society Row is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
